Not every purchase can be a home run, and we get it. That's why our policy is simple: if you (or your pet) are not 100% totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied for any reason whatsoever, let us know! When you made a purchase with us, you're in good paws.

We'll happily accept packages within 365 days of the sale date and we'll give you a complete refund.

All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging, with exceptions for defective merchandise or products.

When returning a product for any reason, you must first to contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please follow steps below:

1. E-mail us at customerservice@petoga.com with your order ID and a brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.
2. Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label with the RMA number via email
3. Print the return label and adhere it to your package
4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges
5. We recommend returning with a trackable shipping method

After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
