We offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping.
- Cut-off time: For Expedited and Priority delivery, you must complete your order before 1 PM Eastern Time on a business day for it to ship that same day.
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and the Freely Associated States addresses.
Standard Shipping: Please allow 5-6 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 4-8 business days for delivery. For delivery to US Territories and the Freely Associated States addresses please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery. This service is not available for PO boxes, US Territories, and the Freely Associated States.
Priority Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. This service is not available for PO boxes, US Territories, and the Freely Associated States.

Free Shipping Details:
We offer free standard shipping on all product orders over $49 before taxes and shipping. All Free Shipping is based on Standard Shipping rates which ship to a street address (excludes PO Boxes) within all 50 states; Washington, DC.
Free shipping does not apply to shipments to PO Boxes, product order totals less than $49 after discounts, or to shipments outside 50 states and Washington, DC.
Every item we sell is covered by our 365-day return policy. If your new, unused item doesn’t work out, you have 365 days to return or exchange it. Simple.
All returns must be new, unused and in original packaging, with exceptions for defective merchandise or products.
When returning a product for any reason, you must first to contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please follow steps below:
- E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and a brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned
- Our agent will prepare and provide a return shipping label with the RMA number via email
- Print the return label and adhere it to your package
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges
- We recommend returning with a trackable shipping method
After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
